Do you have
euphoria?
How do you define euphoria?
What does the word ‘euphoria’ mean to you? Some folks think of peace or joy while others imagine feeling good. Does that sound about right to you? Euphoria is defined as: a feeling of wellness and happiness. So, the next question should be obvious...

Do you have euphoria?

The mind and body are intertwined because they impact each other on levels that modern medicine has yet to completely understand. The mind and body connection is powerful, yet often times under appreciated.

There are research studies galore trying to narrow down the mechanics of how the mind impacts the body and how the body impacts the mind. Clinical studies are great, but don’t we already know from life’s everyday ups and downs that when we’re overrun with a grocery list, little Johnny is crying after a tumble scrapping his knee, the dog just piddled on the rug, there’s a weeks worth of laundry to do, baby Susie is now cranky because she missed her nap, you forgot to take out something for dinner, and your husband just came home from work with a stomach bug. Ugh! How are we supposed to cope?

With all that going on... how are you FEELING? Maybe your head is pounding, you start sweating, your patience has disappeared, your mind is swirling, your nerves are shot, and quite frankly you don’t think you can handle one more thing. Sound familiar?
